Terms and Conditions

Clear rules for using the CAR STUDIO platform and managing subscriptions.

1. Definitions

  • •CAR STUDIO – the AI photo editing solution operated by AB Solutions SRL.
  • •User – the individual or legal entity that creates an account and processes images in the platform.
  • •Credits – processing units assigned to each edited image.

2. Terms of use

  • •Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited.
  • •Accounts are non-transferable; sharing access without written consent is prohibited.
  • •CAR STUDIO may suspend access for abuse, spam, or attempts to attack infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions and credits

  • •Credits included in a subscription are consumed per processed image; additional credits do not expire.
  • •Recurring payments are billed monthly through the agreed processor (Stripe/Netopia).
  • •Unpaid invoices lead to account suspension after 7 calendar days.

4. Intellectual property

  • •The user guarantees they have the right to edit and distribute uploaded images.
  • •Algorithms, interface, and graphic elements remain the exclusive property of AB Solutions SRL.
  • •Generated results may be used commercially by the client without additional royalties.

5. Limitation of liability

  • •The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party platform.
  • •Our total liability is limited to the subscription value paid in the last 3 months.
  • •We are not liable for indirect losses, unrealized profit, or errors caused by user-provided content.

6. Support and SLA

  • •Standard support is provided within 24 business hours via email and WhatsApp.
  • •Enterprise plans can negotiate dedicated SLAs and direct support lines.
  • •Critical incident = total unavailability > 30 min; ETA fix 2h during business hours.

7. Changes

  • •Terms may be updated with 15 days prior notice via email and in-app.
  • •Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing law

  • •The contract is governed by Romanian law; disputes are settled amicably or in courts in Bucharest.
